Basic Package overview

Our Basic Treatment Package  is designed for lawns with moderate weed populations and relatively healthy stands of grass. It includes 6 treatments typically made every 6-8 weeks depending on weather conditions. Payment Options are by the treatment or annually. If by the treatment is preferred, please let us know and we will prepare a proposal reflecting by the treatment. Lawns heavily infested with weeds or that have poor grass density, may require more treatments depending on the nature of the weeds present or the level of weed density. Some perennial weeds will require as many as 2-3 repeat treatments for complete control. If repeat treatments are necessary, their additional cost will be discussed with the client before applications are made. Dallisgrass and nutsedge are examples of such weeds. Fertilizer performance may vary with soil conditions. Some lawns may require more fertilizer for optimum performance. Treatments for additional fertilizer, insects, lawn diseases, or soil amendments are available at additional cost. Flower beds not included. Proper watering and mowing are the responsibility of the client. Poor results due to poor watering practices, poor mowing practices, poor soil, poor drainage, or shade are not the responsibility of FLT. Irrigating at least 3/4 to 1" of water during the growing season and mowing every 7-10 days are highly recommended for optimum results. Optimum water levels vary per property.
